As per the conversation done on 23rd December 2019,

Your current outstanding is Rs. Rs.5, 372.84/- and due date is 30th dec-19, we request you to pay earliest to avoid late payment charges.

In case if you charge any late payment charges, kindly call in customer care and waive off the same.

Though my annual plan was activated in the month of Feb, 2019 for one year, but my new bill is generated on 15th Dec, 2019.

Can you pls check and get the same sorted out at the earliest.
