I am getting continuous issue and disappointed with customer care.when issue comes phones are not reachable and never picked up.when register complaints through app takes 4hours to resolved till time u are not able to connect anyone.if any outage in area then no update on it when it will resolve.frequent disconnection and no stable network.very difficult no option for escalation...as secretary of society I am going to kick out tikon connection from my society would request don't buy..
