Poor Bandwidth and speed

Hi, I am having bad experience with tikona.
Previously i was using 25 mbps unlimited plan, and the speed was very poor. I was even getting frequent network outage. I had raised this concern multiple times with customer support, but of no use. They just do fake resolutions.
Then I decided to switch my tikona bandwidth to 60 mbps, thought will get better connection, but on contrary, mostly i am getting bandwidth less than even 40 mbps. I don't know for what service i am paying alot.
