Dear Customer ,

We would like to inform you that we have stopped charging you rentals for the service from 21/December/2019.

You may continue to use the services at 2paise/MB with 4Mbps speed.Bill will be generated only as per your usage if any.

We request you to pay your outstanding dues of Rs. 116.31 /-.at the earliest. (Please ignore if you have already paid.).

I requested for closing connection 1123446016 on 14 Dec 2019.
I have request id with me .
But still tikona sent me bill of rs 443 until 21 Dec .
WHY?
