How my bill will be 924?

In previous month my monthly bill was 590 from which i pay 295 because my internet was not working on from 1st november to 15th novemeber 2019.

This month my monthly bill was 590 as always.

So i will pay only 590. Please sent me a fresh bill with only 590.
