Connection not installed

Dear ,

I have booked a connection from Tikona in Sep, 2019. Also we made the installation charges and one month advance rent to company. But the till date 13.01.2020 connection is not installed. I have write many email to our account Manager and support team but I didn't any positive response from them. Worst service experience. :evil: :evil: :evil:
