SHE IS GOOD. SHE KNOW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM AND SUGGEST SPOT ON RESOLUTION. I HAVE BEEN WITH TIKONA FOR LONG TIME BUT PREVIOUSLY NO OTHER CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUGGEST BETTER RESOLUTION THAN SHE DID. EVEN WITH TIKONA FOR LONG TIME I WAS PAYING LOT FOR INTERNET FOR LOW SPEED. ATLEAST SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEES THAT AND CHANGE MY PLAN.
