This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been using Tikona Broadband services since 22nd May 2019 with Userid- 1124242638 & I am very sorry to write this email to your team with huge dissatisfaction against the services provided.
Events since I requested for connection & disconnection:-

1. The sales executive who came for getting the installation done was very rude and unprofessional & hence we had arguments with him. Post making the payments he stopped responding to our calls. 2days later we got the wifi router installed & got services after 3days.
2. The Installation Engineer wrongly installed the router with open wires in my house even when I told him that there is a kid in my house and he can touch those open wires, This person too misbehaved with the ladies in my house & post leaving my house, he stopped answering to our calls as we wanted him to get the installation done properly. After complaining on CC, another technician came & got the installation issue rectified next evening that too after multiple follow ups.
3. The speed was fine and as per the plan but very frequently the internet goes down due to many reasons and on an average, I had to raise atleast 5complaints a month. Few SR’s I have captured from the messages which are mentioned in the trailing mail.
4. To resolve the SR, your technical team takes more than a day & we are not able to use the services for more than 24hours.
5. Sometimes the SR’s are automatically resolved without any confirmation from me and I had to raise one more complaint on the same day.
6. Out of 30 days, 6-8days our wifi creates a problem or is not working.
7. Twice there was an issue where while complaining on CC, there was an announcement that there is mass fiber cut and hence entire area broadband services are impacted that lasted for more than 48hours.
8. Post Nov’19, I wanted to have disconnection of the services provided by Tikona & hence I did not make any payment ‘cz I wanted your team to reach me out.
9. I started getting multiple calls, and I had informed that I will not make any payment and due to poor services I want disconnection but nobody acknowledged post the calls ended & wifi was operational till 11th Dec 2019.
10. I again got the call on 11th Dec 2019 from- 0731-4013937 and I again re-iterated that I want your team to disconnect the WIFI. But the person started harassing me stating by hook or crook, we will get the payment from you. And later in the evening WIFI was down and not available for use.
11. Then I started receiving calls from- 6264857980 and this person too started harassing me for payments and started saying “payment to apko karna hi padega chahe kuch karlo. Humko apke ghar pe visit karvani padegi”. I told this person to send your SPOC before 12:30PM and have a word with my brother but nobody came till date for any discussion.

This is highly sad to say your team does not wants to retain its customers rather they harass them(specially females) and they just want the payments to be done. Since they misbehave over calls, I cannot let them come to my home when my brother is not there as they may misbehave with the ladies as well in our absence.
I want the senior most person to get into this matter and get this issue sorted as I am really unhappy with the kind of behavior your team does & the services which your team provides.
