hi,
i am user of Tikona express wifi,
my tikona user ID : 1122710446
my register mobile number : 9276838057
i have small business, in which i am use two computer and for this i purchase tikona express wifi by facebook 1.5 years ago,
and last 1.5 years i have use your internet, and my daily uses is maximum 8 to 10 GB per day,
and at 3rd January 2020 , i recharge my internet for Rs. 1499 plan in which you provide me 550 GB for 180 days,
but after recharging my internet plan after 10 days suddenly internet stop working , and i have complain to tikona and they will say me your 550 GB internet is used in 10 days,
i have use your internet but i am not use too much internet and 550 GB in 10 days , you are charge me wrongly,
please check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible and active my internet as soon as possible,
if you want to check my computer as well as my office then you can check also you can check my CCTV camera, because of we are not use this internet too much
