My case was assigned to Engineer Mukadam from back-end Team.

He followed up with the Technical Engineer, checked my logs from back-end, instructed the engineer of what needs to be done.

Because of this my issue got resolved and my frequent disconnection issue got fixed.

I am able to browse the internet without any issue.

And thanks Tikona for taking my case on priority.
