My case was assigned to Engineer vivek g from supervisor desk

He followed up with the Technical Engineer, checked my logs from back-end, instructed the engineer of what needs to be done.

Because of this my issue got resolved and my frequent disconnection and latency issue got fixed.

now,I am able to browse the internet without any issue.

And thanks Tikona for taking my case on priority. :) :)
