Horrible Service & Customer Support, worst broadband ever
I have got this Tikona installed on 26th Feb 2020 and till date i.e 18th March 2020 my issue is not resolved.
I have complained regarding unstable internet issue, internet gets dropped multiple times through out the day.
I call customer care in every 2 days and they do the same shit troubleshooting every time and permanent solution is given.
I am asking these people for refund as i have already subscribed for long term plan but they are not ready to give refund nor giving a permanent solution.
I am frustrated with this now.
I suggest never take Tikona broadband and never ever recommend any of your friends and especially if you have to attend skype calls or meeting you can never rely in this network
