Worst service that this guys are providing to new customer

In case of payment if you are expecting to pay at start then you also care about service you provides.

Its been 5 days I am waiting for connection, but no one is responding to me, contact person ignoring my calls, customer care support also doesn't care about my request.

To collect payment on very first day guys came on time, I asked when I get connection he said at max tomorrow first you have to make payment, I did payment and after words no response from any one not from local agent and nor from supervisor and customer care.

Ridiculous service by tikona, If you don't have bandwidth or resources to do it on time then why are taking new connection request, Take new request if you could do it in time
