Tikona has the worst speed and customer service.
If you are looking for tikona connection then you are looking for hell. Do not get tikona connections. They will just take your money and play with you for weeks and weeks. Very poor customer service and worst speed. They promised me to provide 10mbps and once the installation engineer left the building, speed reduced to 0.5mbps. Then they started playing over the phone. An engineer will not even come to your home to repair and provides fake repair feedback to the company. Customer service automated machine takes 20mins to connect to an engineer to assist you. (though it tells you that waiting is 7-8mins)
