My experience so far even without getting a connection has been horrible. Tikona doesn't have any focus on customer service, and they themselves are clueless with their internal problems. All I can say is that I am one of the huge sufferers due to their sales guys talk, and I chose to go with them over a local player. I'm repenting my decision, and will never ever recommend Tikona to anyone in my circle... God save this pathetic customer service team!
