Review of TIKONA Service

Highly UNSATISFIED with the TIKONA connection and service. Before payment they will answer your every call but after payment they will stop answering you.

It's 3 days that I started using tikona 10mbps plan but the avg speed I am receiving is 500kbps. I am not able to see a single video of my lectures without buffering while the Tikona internal app is showing speed test of 10mbps.

The representatives have stopped answering my calls and every time I register a complain they revert with the message that my connection is working properly. They are considering tikona internal speed while in real not a single video can be played on my system.

Even after so many complaints, they didn't tried to find out the real situation.

REGRETTED to take Tikona connection. Worst customer handling service.
