Currently you are able to access uninterrupted services and no issue is observed in the backend.

Now you can register Technical complaints on 18002094276 / My Tikona App and for commercial you can register complaints through My Tikona APP, Chat (login page) & forum.

Dear Tikona,

I have paid for the new connection on 9th April where your engineer promised me 4 days installation for which i had to pay in advance. I am trying to follow up since then no one has reverted back neither your engineer is answering phone.His name is Satish and following is his phone# 8605794642.
If you cant do the instalation i want my money back its as simple as that.
