I have paid INR. 3300.00 for new connection for Vadodara on Mrach 30, 2020 against my ID No. 1125936317 as per my Transaction ID is 1125936317TPC300320201625.
But my connection was no completed due to unavailability of technician during Lockdown. finally i have discussed with area Manager who having Mobile no-70XXXXXX26.
During our discussion area Manager said connection was installed after lockdown, which was not resolve my problem because having work pressure from my office to do work from home.
Finally area manager cancelled my request and asked my money (INR. 3300.00) would be refunded within 15 days by cheque. But still i did not get that refund cheque so far.
i request you to refund my paid amount as soon as possible.
