Now you can register Technical complaints on 18002094276 / My Tikona App and for commercial you can register complaints through My Tikona APP, Chat (login page) & forum.

Tikona is the worst Internet service provider. There is no feedback kind of thing in their customer service. No proper platform to register the complaints. I recharged my Tikona Id: 1119003469 last night, but I'm unable to access the Internet even after 24 hours of the recharge. I registered the complaint on My Tikona App with the Reference No. 1-8016911478 but there is no update from the customer support team even after 24 hours of registering the complaint. Please don't buy Tikona connection.
