Currently you are able to access uninterrupted services and no issue is observed in the backend.

Now you can register Technical complaints on 18002094276 / My Tikona App and for commercial you can register complaints through My Tikona APP, Chat (login page) & forum.

I am not getting internet access from past 4 days even after recharging before due date. I tired reaching customer support ample of times but no one responds. Please help me out from this as I work remotely and internet is MUST for me.

Please look into it as I have tried all the ways reaching to the authorized person but I didn't get any proper help or my issue is still unsolved.
