Hi Tikona Manager,


I have applied for new connection base on conversation with TIKONA sales re-presentative Mr. Durgesh Singh on dtd. 05/05/2020. He promised us that installation will be completed in next 48 hrs. Now till date installation is pending. Neither he picks up my phone nor answer to my queries posted on his whatsapp number. I seriosly think that he is a fraud person who looking for new customers. I dont know during this lockdown whom should i contact and resolve my query. If still no response received from TIKONA then i would prefer to conftact consumer court for false commitment and fraud.
