I am a existing Tikona customer with user ID 1124661071.
I had lost my internet connection from March 20th 2020, as someone had stolen the router on the nearby building. I raised numerous complaints but the service was not restored. I had no internet for 2 months for which i had already made a payment. I tried calling the customer care but couldnt reach them
Now I am running behind the refund my money back or recharge the same in my account, can someone help me on this
