Internet is not working from last week. I raised ticket and in reply it came that engineer will visit and number of engineer provided. The engineer number '91568 94908' is not reachable, I tried calling multiple times.
I have received SMS that engineer was not allowed in society, but I haven't even received any call from engineer for assistance.
Also, I think you people don't have any staffing to assist customers. As I raised multiple tickets through tikona app. Customer care number '020 3945 3434' which is always on IVR and no technical support answers these calls (it always stays on IVR and says 'expected wait time is one minute' which never get picked up by anyone). Also this email address where I am sending emails from many days, but I don't get any concurrent solution.
Worst service ever!!
In my society me and one another customer of tikona is facing same issue, but your all support system is on neutral mode.
