I am Vivek Vyas working as trainner in Hostbooks Limited, i recently buy new connection from tikona in month of march end .
from starting till now you have to raise daily ticket for customer support system is showing internet is connected but its not working its disconnecting several times if you are doing important work than you cant work in this worst environment present by tikona ,
please never suggest anyone tikona he or she will blame everyday for you worst reference
