Billing Information

I have taken connection by paying 6 months subscription, but when i see bill no where mentioned it is for 6 months. When i go for claim at office it is required to show for how many months and what i paid. For this i sent several mails to customercare@tikona.in and also sent request from app and SMS from registered mobile. Horrible this is there is no proper response also, not sure if this is due to COVID reason or they dont have that information on their billing template.
