Bill payment transaction fail

Hi,

I did recharge of my tikona plan on 22nd May 2020 but unfortunately transaction fail(I checked on selfcare portal it seems payment is done) but money deducted from bank account. So I tried another time now payment successfully completed.

Can you please check if payment did two times or 1 times?
DO I get refund for my fail transaction?
