Currently you are able to access uninterrupted services and no issue is observed in the back-end.

Now you can register Technical complaints on 18002094276 / My Tikona App and for commercial you can register complaints through My Tikona APP, Chat (login page) & forum.

I am facing internet issue from June 14 till date and continuously raising complaints using mobile app but did not hear anything from TIKONA,
No action taken on it.
I am just receiving message about the my complaints with id.
Any update where I can get the update on my complaint and resolution of it.
