Hopeless service

The service is way too hopeless by Tikona and also very shady. I am still not sure what is my plan and what are the extra things included in the plan. This is really very very sad as right now internet is life. I am asking them for a router but I am not provided one by them. My personal router does not work well with their connection that is what is said by the technician. Now what am I supposed to do? I am ready to pay for another router given by Tikona but they are not agreeing to it.
