It has just been 3 days after activating the service and already I am facing connectivity issue. Either the router is not working or my PC won't connect to internet via wifi. I was very specific before activating the service that I don't want any disruptions as it will affect my WFH job. Trying to call the technical support team, all I get is IVR blabbering but no actual person to speak with. If I speak with the Tikona Sales person from whom I took the connection he sends a technician who is not employed with Tikona.
