We have checked and found that the request for shifting the connection was given by you on April 29, 2013 and during that time the bill generated was for the billing period of 15-Apr-2013 to 14-Jul-2013 as the plan opted by you was ADULQ512K (Advance Rental Quarterly Plan) and this bill was cleared by you.
Our engineer visited your premises and found that the new address where you have shifted is not feasible; therefore your account was processed for disconnection.
And as per the Full & Final Settlement calculation there are no dues pending against your account nor any refund is applicable.
Note: The request for refund will be considered in case of Tikona's inability to restore the connectivity due to reasons such as site out of service, due to permission issues or other situations with similar effect. No refund is applicable in any other cases.
